Authentication & Portal Sign-In

CoopPilot utilizes role-segregated entry portals to maintain security boundaries and audit independence.

1. Standard Platform Sign-In Portal​

The primary platform portal serves Coop-Admins, Members, and OrgAdmins:

  • Access Link: Sign-In Portal
  • Central Dashboard Redirect: Upon successful login, users are automatically directed to the CoopPilot Dashboard, which loads the role-specific workspace:
    • Coop-Admin: Opens the Cooperative Administration Workspace
    • Member: Opens the Member Portal
    • OrgAdmin: Opens the Audit Association Workspace

Sign-In Steps:​

  1. Open the Sign-In Portal.
  2. Enter your registered email address and password.
  3. Complete the interactive Captcha verification.
  4. Click Sign In.

2. Account Recovery & Session Security​

  • Password Reset: Click Forgot Password on the sign-in page to receive a secure password reset link via email.
  • Session Timeout: Inactive sessions automatically lock after 15 minutes of inactivity to protect sensitive financial and member records.
  • Audit Logging: All authentication attempts are securely logged to ensure traceability and compliance.
